1Work with NOP Commercial team to produce project specific cost estimates
2Liaise with Client teams to agree budgets
3Prepare PEST and obtain sign off
4Prepare WAF's and obtain sign off (Projects <£1M)
5Assist Client Teams to produce authority Papers (Projects >£1M)
6Assist Client team in preparation of Contract Strategy and Contract Award papers
7Prepare WBI's and liaise with Owners rep to obtain approval
8Provide data to allow ACM to raise PO's in Oracle
9Prepare data to allow ACM to raise change orders in Oracle in line with AFC, Budget and Contract Award value
10Monitor Nework Rail costs such as SCO, minor works PO's
11Co-ordinate cost reporting - actual cost information, forecasts from NOP's/SCO, minor works
12Prepare cost reports including COWD, Forecast, AFC and KCL's
13Manage accruals and negative accruals including updating reports from Finance Team
14Monitor and manage F4 reds and F4 amber budget shortfalls
15Work with NOP Commercial team to obtain agreement of change controls and subsequent additional funding requests
16Review application for payments and recommend payment certificate values
17Flag up potential breaches in corporate governance and work with the Client and project team to resolve
18Work with the NOP team to produce final accounts and agree with with Client team
