I'm working with a main Rail contractor who are on the lookout for a Commercial Manager to assist in providing commercial services for some of the most high-profile rail infrastructure projects in the country.

The role is open on either a freelance (outside IR35) or permanent basis with hybrid working available travelling to your local office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing accurate commercial and cost management services on time and on budget
• Contribution to the production of Monthly Project Reviews as well as Work Package Management Reviews
• Supporting with the supervision and mentoring of junior staff and assisting in staff reviews to identify training and development needs

Key Skills/Experience required:

• MRICS or an equivalent qualification
• 5+ years' Rail commercial/cost management experience
• A strong working knowledge on NEC contracts
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
