History of main / large Civils/Rail contractor.

Managing small team with cost allocation and history of guiding operational teams to own numbers

Experience of analysing cost data and turning into individual project reports including lead indicators

Managing many smaller sub-contracts including designers

Ensuring deadlines for apps/certs/ reports are achieved

Ensuring the SQS is interrogating the costs and project performance
