Location: South London - Hybrid Working

Contract Length: Ongoing.

Salary: £110,000 per annum + Bonus (5%).

Role Details:
My client is an SME within the London region looking for a Head of Commercial to lead a team of 4 Commercial Managers.

For the role you will be responsible for building a strong commercial team, scaling a commercial dept in line with business growth from circa 20mil turnover to 30mil turnover. This will include maintaining 4 week periodic commercial company forecasts periodic company cost & value reports for board reporting, maintaining a robust Tender Award to Commercial Team Operational process. You will support tendering activities, i.e creating commercial Work Winning strategies, review & advise the Board regarding Client Contracts.
