We are looking to recruit a professional, self-motivated, ambitious Administrator to join our team.

This is a fast moving, varied role, and will include the following duties:

• Maintaining the Company databases, ensuring the records are kept up to date.
• Monitor candidate’s registration paperwork and request missing documentation from candidates or resourcers.
• Liaise with the Training Department to ensure all training certificates are current & up to date
• Arrange medical and Drug & Alcohol tests for candidates.
• Liaise with the Resourcing teams to ensure contractor sponsorship is in place
• Monitor contractor fatigue and liaise with the Resourcing team to investigate any issues
• Ensure that Compliance documentation is up to date and filed correctly
• Assist in the preparation of Company audits as required
• Supporting the Resourcing teams as required

Applicants must have previous Administration experience, gained within a Compliance, Health & Safety or Training environment and you will have the following key skills:

• Be a fantastic Administrator with excellent organisational skills, with a great attention to detail;
• Able to prioritise your workload, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Be flexible and adaptable in attitude;
• Be professional, with a confident telephone communication manner
• Be able to work in a team and help cover your colleagues’ work when required
