About the vacancy:
We are looking for an experienced Quality and Compliance Officer to work across the business and ensure our systems and processes are the best they can be. This is a new, full-time role, created to support COOMBES’s growth.
In this role, you will also support the achievement and maintenance of a wide range of external standards and accreditations across several industries. This will involve reviewing company documentation, ensuring our practices align and identifying areas for improvement. You’ll also take a proactive role in internal and external audits. Candidates must therefore be process-driven in their approach, highly organised, confident and with excellent attention to detail.
Our Quality and Compliance Officer will create, update and control documents, policies and procedures as well as collating, analysing and reporting data. The successful candidate must therefore be experienced in producing company documents and have excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Excel.
To support your success in this role, you will proactively keep up to date with relevant standards and accreditations, as well as be confident in taking initiative and ownership of your work.
As well as sharing the ethos and values of our Company, candidates should have experience of working with controlled systems and the proven ability to develop excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Salary: circa £28,000
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, to be worked Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
This role will be based out of our Petersfield Office.
