Rail Compliance Co-Ordinator

ISource Solutions are looking for a Rail Compliance Co-Ordinator to join our Surrey-based team as we enter a very busy time with our clients following CP6 and large TFL contracts coming to fruition.

ISource Solutions has been established in Coulsdon since 2017 and provides support to Telecommunications, M&E, and Civils Projects within the Network Rail and London Underground environment. We have developed our tailor-made management systems that are recognised by our governing bodies as top rated and we continue to make improvements year upon year to stand out from competitors.

The role of Rail Compliance Co-Ordinator will have direct line response to the Managing Director and will join an established team with strong ethics to ensure compliance in line with all accreditations including RISQS, ISO and FORS in accordance with the ISource Solutions Quality/Safety Management System.

The role involves:

• Weekly and Monthly Compliance Meetings
• FORS - Fuel and Emissions Champion, Road Risk Champion, Counter Terrorism Champion
• Compliance Co-Ordinator principal contact for GDPR and Privacy Policy
• Sentinel Coordinator responsibility
• Ensuring up to date knowledge of all operational and legislative requirements
• Contributing to team morale and levels of team motivation through continually adopting a positive and enthusiastic approach
• Contributing to a team-working ethos both within the team and wider organisational environment
• Developing personal skills and capability through on-going training, as provided by the company
• Carrying out any other reasonable duties which may be required during your role

We are looking for the following skills and attributes:

• Already hold or are working towards IOSH certificate (Managing Safely)
• Auditor accustomed
• Network Rail & LU Infrastructure and internal external workings
• Safety Administration experience
• PC literate with a good standard of IT skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong team working skills and proven ability of contributing to a successful team
• Current, valid driving licence
