Are you an experienced and driven statutory Compliance Administrator with a solid history working in a Planner Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Environment?
Do you have the ability to read and understand safety documents and identify potential issues?

They are currently recruiting for a Statutory Compliance Administrator to join their passionate and driven Technical Services team in London.
You will support the Maintenance Planning Team Leader, to ensure all properties and assets have the required level of planned maintenance.
Essential:
- Experience in Facilities Management / Building Services industry.
- Application and configuration of CAFM systems
- Ideally have a good working knowledge of Concept Evolution.
- Understanding of methodology used to build planned maintenance schedules.
- Understanding of contract delivery and commercial implications.
The Role:
- Undertake high-quality reporting in relation to PPM delivery and compliance certification.
- Generate and review reports, co-ordinate with the account management team to resolve any discrepancies.
- Support the creation / update of asset lists and PPM planners for client contract mobilisation and change.
- Review certification for completeness and quality and escalate where required.
