Responsibilities in this (Polier) Foreman turnkey construction role:
As a foreman for turnkey construction (f/m/d), you will plan the implementation, design and control of the on-schedule construction process in cooperation with the project team
They support the construction management in the implementation of the construction measures
They take part in meetings on the construction process and keep the construction diary
You coordinate and check the subcontractors in the area of turnkey building construction
You monitor quality on the construction site and ensure that occupational safety and environmental regulations are observed
You plan and control the entire use of personnel, equipment and materials on the construction site

Key experience required for (Polier) Foreman turnkey construction role:
You are a certified foreman (f/m/d), factory foreman (f/m/d) or foreman (f/m/d) with a connection to a construction site
You have practical professional experience as a foreman (f/m/d) for shell and turnkey construction trades
You have experience in the instruction and management of commercial personnel and subcontractors
You have relevant knowledge of occupational safety and environmental regulations
You have assertiveness and a high degree of initiative
You convince with an independent and goal-oriented way of working
You enjoy building and working in a team
