Construction Railway Operations (CRO) - Duty Depot Manager

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialists are supporting a leading European consultancy and are requiring an CRO Duty Depot Manager for a metro project in Vietnam

Job Summary:

CRO - Duty Depot Manager working within the Project Construction Railway Operations (CRO) department. Reporting to the Construction Railway Operations Manager.

• Develop CRO operating strategies for the T&C phase
• Write reports as necessary.
• Handle CRO operations and team during T&C.
• Compose operational instructions for T&C phase.
• Arrange and manage maintenance work during T&C phase.
• Develop operational plan for trial run phase.
• Manage training of CRO employees.
• Manage third party CRO staff.
• Support to CRO manager.
• Additional obligations as determined by the Operations Manager for Construction Railway.

Requirements for the role are:

• Degree qualified in Science or Engineering (or similar)
• Years of Experience: Experience working on EPC projects during the construction, testing, and commissioning phases of major, complex railways.
• Preferably, several years' worth of expertise in railway-related tasks.
• Understanding of railway systems, as well as testing and commissioning phase experience.
• Is capable of developing operational plans and work instructions for the T&C stages of a railway project.
• Written and verbal English proficiency is required.
