Construction Supervisor
Location: Nationwide
Kelly Rail are looking for committed and dedicated Construction Supervisors to join our Project team nationwide to deliver lineside Civils & Telecoms on the Rail infrastructure
In your role you will be responsible for:
• Overseeing & motivating the workforce on site including sub-contractors
• Working to WPP’s
• Amending risk assessments and site paperwork where required
• Ordering of plant and materials
• Responsible for producing onsite Rail diary reports
• Brief out Toolbox talks
• Responsible for On-Site Health & Safety
• Responsible for On-Site Operations
Essential Experience
• Proven Site Supervisor with at least 5 years’ experience within Rail sector
• Proven track record of working on & delivering line side Civils & Telecoms
• Valid PTS
• Holder of a SSSTS or SMSTS Certificate
• Able to work nights, weekends and days as the programme requires
• Full Clean UK driving licence
• Knowledge of health, safety, environmental & quality assurance, and regulations.
• Strong leadership skills
• Punctual & Team player
• Positive, proactive, and flexible approach
• Self-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Good task and time management skills
• Honesty and integrity
• Ability to work confidentially
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent oral and written communication
