Essential Skills & Qualifications
• Numerate and literate
• Basic computer operating skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Qualifications
• COSS or SWL
• Valid PTS with AC/DC
• Emergency first aid
• Manual handling
• Fire safety
• COSHH Appreciation
• Small tools
Length of Contract:- 6 months Rolling - Project lenght 4 years
Locations - Signalling Construction Management across projects across the South, North and West of England. - 2 canidates needed work will be split between the two
Job Role
To manage site construction activities from tender through to commissioning, taking ownership for the successful delivery of multi-discipline packages of work
Interface with the client on technical matters on behalf of the project manager
Optimise the use of materials and employees’ time to ensure high productivity and low unit costy
Identify any variations to the contract, assisting with pricing and allocating time to them
Deliver projects to time, budget, high quality and to the resource plan.
