Administrator/Receptionist

Ashford

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

£22k-£24k

We are looking for a confident, organised and eager Administrator/Receptionist to join our Head Office in Ashford. Supporting our Operations Teams, you will work closely with the Operations Manager, Labour Managers and Senior Team. Working with this busy team means your role will be very varied, from answering calls to booking hotels, speaking to site personnel to the CEO of the business you will never get bored!

Your main duties will include:

  • Answering calls
  • Ordering and managing PPE
  • Managing calibration of required items
  • Driving licence checks
  • Assisting with Fleet Management
  • Diary management for CEO & MD
  • Booking client meetings and events
  • Booking hotels and sending confirmations
  • Tool & equipment issue and related admin tasks
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Ordering tools, office supplies, water etc
  • Various ad-hoc administrative tasks

Ideally you will have experience as an Office Administrator or Document Controller and experience within the Rail industry. You will need a good understanding of the Microsoft Office package including Excel, have good attention to detail and be keen to learn this fantastic role.
