RSL are currently looking for a an Administrator who will be expected to work as part of an administrative team to provide support. Our client is looking for someone with the following:
Good written and verbal communication skills. Someone who possess the ability to stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines. This is a full time position - 8.30 AM- 5PM.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
- Competent with use of Microsoft office applications.
- Word processing documents, such as letters, presentations and reports.
- Processing and checking invoices.
- Create and maintain filing systems and databases.
- Upload all site documentation to an online system.
- Liaise with the site team and assist colleagues in all aspects of administration.
It is envisaged that the successful applicant will possess the following:
Good organisational skills
Ability to be courteous but firm when dealing with difficult customers
Ability to prioritise your work load.
Strong numeracy and IT Skills.
You must be a team player and have a flexible attitude.
Self-motivated and able to use initiative
Confident when using a computer and office equipment
Flexible approach
Qualifications & Experience:
The candidate must have 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) grades A-C, including English and Maths.
Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
