Administrator, Central London, On going contract
Administrator required to join a leading rail contractor to work on on multi-billion pound project!!
Hours will be 08:00-5:00PM // 09:00-5:00PM
This sub-contractor is looking to pay between £10-12ph PAYE depending on experience
Daily duties that you will be doing are;
- Main point of contact for the Client's office as well as contractors office
- Managing the shared mailbox used to report any problems
- Liaising with commercial departments ensure compliance with budget and scope
- Liaising closely with the FM Manager
- Collecting milk deliveries from basement twice weekly to floor clients floor.
- Collecting any deliveries from the basement and distribute
- Unpacking stationary deliveries
- Collecting and managing in-coming/out-coming post daily. Set up process for managing this. This has potential to be large amount of items for the
- Manage the subcontractors providing Facilities Management
Successful candidates must have:
- Previous experience working within construction
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
- The ability to multitask
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
- Ability to work within a team and independtly
It is essential that candidates have a strong site administration and construction background to be shortlisted for the role as limited training is provided and you will need to hit the ground running.
