Administrator required to join a large, leading rail contractor to be based in a site office working on an multi award winning project that everyone wants to be apart of!

Hours will be 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Rate varies between £9-£11ph PAYE or £11-14ph LTD depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Main point of contact for the Client's office as well as contractors office
- Main point of contact for the Client's office as well as contractors office
- Liaising with contractors and engineers to collate data/progress reports
- Managing the shared mailbox used to report any problems
- Setting up biometric system on induction for all new starters
- Checking over paper work and ensuring that everything is filled out to company standard
- Data entry onto electronic system
- Updating and maintaining the main excel spreadsheet to supply to weekly meetings
- Collecting and managing in-coming/out-coming post daily. Set up process for managing this.
Successful candidates must have:
- Previous experience working on site or in a project office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
- The ability to multitask
- Good attention to detail
It is essential that candidates have a strong site administration and construction background to be shortlisted for the role as limited training is provided and you will need to hit the ground running.
