Administrator required to join a small M&E sub contractor, who are rapidly growing, on a permanent basis in Harrow!

Responsibilities:
- Helping the MD as required to include but not limited to diary management, phone management, reporting and arranging meetings.
- Answering incoming calls
- Arranging food and other requirements for meetings
- Being responsible for staff birthday cards and helping with arrangements for social events
- Apply for permits and licences where applicable
- Archiving of site documentation recording and numbering appropriately to ensure everything is traceable
- Maintaining internal contact databases of supplier details and associated info
- Weekly outstanding order acknowledgement report
- Creating, formatting and updating documents using Microsoft packages
Successful candidates must have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
- The ability to multitask
- Good attention to detail
It is essential that candidates have a strong site administration and construction background to be shortlisted for the role as limited training is provided and you will need to hit the ground running.
