Administrator Required - Bournemouth
Resourcing Solutions require an administrator to work on our clients premises on a long term temporary assignment, minimum 6 months work.
Role is based in the Bournemouth and will be working a 35 hour working week, 9am to 5pm
Main duties will include:
Arranging meetings, booking rooms and preparing documentation
Assisting with report generation
Typing up notes form meetings and disseminating information to all relevant parties
Managing the document library and improving organization within the team
General administration duties to support the team
Skills required:
Team administration experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi task
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
If you have come from a Rail, Construction or Engineering background this could also be beneficial.
