Location: North West
What is the purpose of this role?
To provide a wide range of administrative support services to the People and Process Functional team in the Alliance.
What will this role involve?
- Undertake general “team” administrative duties to support the People & Process function as and when required.
- Travel bookings (hotels, trains) and meeting room bookings
- Maintain and update records with various management information systems
- Distribute and share information internally to ensure customer/ delivery needs are met
- Undertake other basic business support duties as part of a team
- Input to and maintain spreadsheets/ databases/ systems and produce and collate reports
- Maintain office systems in an orderly manner
- Distribute and share information internally to ensure customer needs are met
- Receive and disseminate information to other team members to ensure delivery
- Assist with the delivery of services to the client as prescribed by team leader/ management
- Pull and present KPI reports in line with P&P requirements.
This role will:
- Take direction from the Team Organiser and Senior Team members
- Be mostly reactive
- Work as part of a team, but can also operate independently when required
Note: Initial training period will be located in Leeds - Hotel accommodation provided for this duartion.
What are we looking for?
- Education to GCSE level or equivalent
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office 365
- Able to develop and maintain good working relationships
- Collaborative behaviour
- Good communicator (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Familiar with management systems, data entry and reporting database applications
- Adaptable to change
- Previous experience of working in a generalist administration/ business support role
