We are currently working with one of or Main clients who are currently looking for an experienced Administrator with Previous experience of working in a fast-paced bid office environment. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be Proficient in using Excel, Word and PowerPoint. As well as having excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your role will be to provide full administrative support to the Business Development team as well as assist with the coordination of bid and tender submissions.

Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will be but not limited to
Assisting the Business Development Director and Bid Managers in the submission of tenders;
Maintaining stock answers that are relevant, up-to-date and logically searchable;
Logging new enquiries on the Intranet and in-house portals, creating folders in sales enquiry drive;
Chasing submitted tenders on a regular basis to keep the sales enquiry list on the Intranet as up to date as possible;
Ensuring incoming clarifications are logged and circulated in a timely manner;
Posting / sending clarifications / queries to clients in line with tender rules, where applicable, and logging correctly;
Completing pre-qualification questionnaires and submitting with supplementary information;
Liaising with members of the bid team and others regarding completion of outstanding items on the deliverables list;
Assist in the writing, editing and proof reading of responses;
Maintaining a current Internal Documents (Bid Loading), liaising with bid team regarding current requests;
Compile monthly reports for monthly reporting meetings (BRM);
Ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required;
To undertake any function within reason to ensure the smooth running of the department/working on own initiative and when requested to do so.
