Hill International, Worldwide Project Management and Claims Consultants is seeking to hire a:

CONTRACTS & CLAIMS EXPERT for a major METRO Project in Cairo Egypt.

The ideal candidate should be specialised in Contracts, Claims Analysis and Dispute Resolution.

• University Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15 years of Professional Experience.
• Five (5) years experience in transportation project in a similar position i.e. Metro project, railway project or other infrastructure project containing tunnel or underground structure.
• Specialization in claims, dispute resolution in rail or metro projects.
• Support the Core Team throughout the duration of the Construction stage objectively mediating differences of opinion pertaining to claims
• Experience in Metro projects of ten (10) kilometers or more with the standard complexity, method / technology and /or other characteristics guiding similar type of mega projects.
• Professional experience in tender documents preparation, construction activities, management of teams.
• The candidate should specify the experience and key activities in each of his /her position.
