Chief Contracts Expert (Systems) - Metro - India

EWI are supporting a leading International Consultancy on a new metro project in India and are currently supporting with a requirement for a Chief Contracts Expert (Systems).

Duration: 24-month deputation

Start Date: August 1, 2024

Compensation: $14,000 USD per month (Net) + Accommodation and Local Travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage contract systems for the Metro project.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve any contractual issues.
• Provide expert advice on contract management and implementation.
• Maintain comprehensive records of contract performance and amendments.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage contract modifications as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 20 years of working experience in relevant fields.
• Specific Expertise: Proven experience as a System Contract Expert on at least two MRT projects.
• Skills: Exceptional contract management and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
