Contracts Manager in Birmingham, West Midlands, United Kingdom
Rullion Rail are currently looking for 3x Contracts Managers for Permanent Contracts based in Birmingham.
As a Contracts Manager your main duties in this role role will be to manage the contractual interfaces between the client and other parties, including the Department for Transport, relating to all purchasing requirements of the business, ensuring that business objective and franchise commitments/obligations are met whilst minimising the commercial risk to the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with and interpreting complex legal documentation. They will also have experience in management and negotiation of large contracts and be working towards or currently hold Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Membership (CIPS)
The successful applicants can expect a competitive annual salary based on prior experience, Pension Contribution, Holiday Allowance, as well as Free First Class Travel on certain services and 75% Discounted Travel across the UK Rail Network.
