ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Overview
Working as part of our dynamic Power Networks department, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual to develop themselves in a growing division. The successful candidate will take ownership and responsibility for the completion of any department admin related tasks and proactively contribute to teamwork and cross-functional working.
As part of your day to day role, you are responsible for the following;
- To support the Lead Resource and the DNO Construction Managers in delivery of a cost effective resource provision.
- Work stream specific resource programming
- Collation of allocated timesheets and uploading in Redsky. Contract specific PO’s
- Collation of contract specific performance reports
- Maintain an up to date resources programming function to ensure timely reporting on completions & variations
- Update site trackers
- Make job packs as PM instructions
- Hire & off hire plant
- Processing accommodation requests and the raising of associated PO’s
- Raising of adhoc PO’s
- Maintain contract specific databases with up to date & accurate information

- Administrative background
- Good interpersonal skills

- Working knowledge of IT skills including word, excel, outlook and other operating systems
- Work at Risk Assessment / Planning / Approval
- Working at Height C&G 6144-3 Understanding, Planning, Supervising Working at Height
- Working Safely IOSH
- IEMA Qualification
Desirable
- Working in an engineering environment support function
- Working in a commercial support function
- Emergency First Aid at Work
- Fire Warden
