NEC3 CONTRACT MANAGER - LONDON - PERMANENT - £39,250 - £59,288

ARM are working with a major infrastructure client and we are currently recruiting for a NEC3 Contracts Manager to join their team based in the London on a permanent basis.

About You:

To be applicable for this position you will need the following:

- Previous experience working with NEC3 contracts.

- Worked on multi-million £ projects.

- Experience of planning, developing and commissioning technical areas of work through an established contract.

- Experience working on Major infrastructure projects is not essential but would be desirable.

What you will be doing:

In this position you will be efficiently managing assigned contracts within infrastructure ensuring that all requirements of the contract are delivered. You will be participating and contributing to monthly contract and programme reviews including input to supplier relationship management framework. You will also provide day to day ad hoc contract and commercial advice to the team.

This position is working using the hybrid model, with two days a week in the office and 3 days based from home. The office for the role is based in London.

The salary range is between £39,250 and £59,288 and is dependent on experience and suitability for the role.
