Office Administrator in Hampshire, United Kingdom
My client, who is a highly regarded contractor within the rail industry, is currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team in Hampshire.
This is a permanent opportunity to join a business with a fantastic reputation and who highly value their staff.

Responsibilities for this role will include, but won't be limited too:
Document Control – Maintain and Sign in/out Documents on the Document control data base.
Fatigue Management – Input hours in the Fatigue data base
Vehicle Management – Inputting of vehicle data and liaise with Transport Manager and Supervisor, taxing of company vehicles and keeping vehicle data base up to date.
Timesheets – Collating weekly timesheets and entering hours on Sage Accounts.
Purchase Orders – Creating purchase Orders and ordering when needed by Office Manager and others.
General Admin – Assist the Office Manager in day to day running of office, answering the phone, photocopying, assisting other Managers with admin, keeping the H R data base up to date, booking Hotels for staff.
The ideal person must be able to multi task, work at pace, work on their own initiative and be good at prioritising. They must also be able to work with lots of different people, be someone who is not afraid to ask for help, but be able to learn new things fast.
Bring new ideas to the office and help put them in to practice.
The candidate must have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Office and be able to create and run spreadsheets and documents.
