A client of mine is looking for a Office Administrator to work for them.
A Joint Venture which specialises in Civils / Infrastructure Construction!
You will be working in Vauxhall 2 times a week and once a month 3 times a week. For the remainder of the week, you will be working in Hammersmith, Fulham in the head Office.
This is a contracted opportunity offering £130 day!

Daily Duties:
- Manage and order office stationary supplies
- Attend the post office
- Update meeting room bookings
- Support the Training team with data entry and running reports using the MOSAIC system.
- Support the construction team with administration tasks
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Knowledge of the construction / landscaping industry would be beneficial.
- Comfortable with working to tight deadlines and within a fast-paced environment.
- Great organisational skills.
- Knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining data.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications as well as experience with managing and maintaining data.
