We are currently looking for the next generation of driven, enthusiastic Operational Support Coordinators who believe in success and truly want to help push our business to the next level. We operate a fast paced sales environment and require candidates with exceptional communication skills.
The purpose of the role will be to provide efficient and effective support to the operational business area in line with defined procedures, liaising with stakeholders both internally and externally and overall service delivery.
Your core functions within the role will involve the following:
*Regular telephone, email and social media interaction with temporary workers and internal staff.
*Collating data from online forms, incoming emails or our customer and candidate databases.
*Handling general and technical enquiries both by telephone and email from temporary workers and staff (seeking assistance from colleagues when necessary).
*Maintaining regular communication with temporary workers, customers, and colleagues managing expectations and enhancing relationships.
*Ensuring that accurate records are maintained within our systems in accordance with defined procedures.
The company encourages multiskilling and will endeavour to ensure that the job holder caries out a variety of tasks over time. As a routine measure the company will ask the job holder to adapt their daily task sets to cover peaks in business activities and for the holidays or absence of other team members either within their own operational support team or another operational support team.
There is an expectation this role will be worked on a rota basis covering weekends as well as weekdays. Initially whilst the team is being set up it will be weekdays Monday - Friday during the core business working hours.
Our ideal Operational Support Coordinator:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will offer a strong background in data collation skills and worked with timesheets and pay records and Prioritisation skills are essential attributes, along with the ability to evaluate and improve systems and processes.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop rapport easily will be required alongside the ability to produce work to a high level of accuracy and work efficiently and effectively under pressure. A competent user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc) is a mandatory requirement.
