Operations Administrator
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:00
Friday: 08:00 – 12:30
Location: Doncaster (head office)
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a motivated individual to assist with the daily running of the company’s operations department.
For this position you will need to have good IT skills, good time management, be professional, proactive and adaptable. You should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A good eye for detail is essential.
Previous experience within the railway industry would be advantageous. PTS experience desirable but not essential.
Role and Responsibilities
• Produce task briefs
• Produce Lift Plans
• Ordering of materials
• Order stock and plant for Projects
• Liaise with the Planning team to update job records accordingly
• Assist Operations manager
• Assist Resource manager
• Assist Project manager
• Update company systems
• Process completed works by operational teams
• Assist with Audits and information for company accreditation
