My client are a long established and highly successful civil engineering contractor specialising in railway engineering.
We are a primary contractor for Network Rail delivering a diverse range of projects from earthworks and embankment stabilisation schemes to major structural projects such as footbridge replacements and bridge refurbishments.
To be suitable for the position you must have;
-Rail Industry experience - desirable but not essential
- Proven administration experience
- Excellent PC skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel) any bespoke packages
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks when required
- Confident, self-motivated and proactive
- Customer focused with professional phone manner and ability to communicate with clarity
- The ability to work well in a team responding quickly to support colleagues
- Experience in a similar role
Role Information:
-Administration to support the plant team.
- Update insight 2 on a daily basis with plant data
- Upload plant orders.
- Use COINS on a daily basis for plant processing
- General clerical support to include word processing, filing, scanning and archiving.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required
