Rail or Metro Contract Specialist

Location: India

Salary: The salary package would be free of taxes. Will include Base Salary, reimbursed 4-star hotel accommodations and per/diem.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Contract expert to join our Project in India for a 2 year initial assignment with option to extend.

Responsibilities:

The successful individual shall be responsible for supporting the contract team and assist in the production of bid documents and tender evaluation of rail contractors.
Key requirements for the role:

• Degree qualified in a related subject
• 15+ years as a Contract Specialist including at least a Railway project
• FIDIC experience including Tender documentation preparation & implementation.
• Quantity surveying & contract management experience of Rail or Metro projects during construction phase.
