Responsibilities:

• Accumulating data and statistics for monthly reports
• Assisting with Handover files
• Numbering documents and filing
• Updating and maintaining document registers
• Ordering materials for site
• Ad hoc duties
• Knowledge of Document Management systems
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Time Management to work to deadlines
• Be able to produce and manage communications
