Civil Infrastructure Team Leader - Russian Speaking (Central Asia)

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Team Leader who is fluent in Russian for a recently award project in Central Asia.

Opportunity:

My client is an international consultancy firm who are currently undertaking several major civil infrastructure schemes in the Region including Road, Bridge, Water & Treatment projects.

Responsibilities on the project:

The Team Leader shall be responsible for:

iii. Managing and directing all member of the team to provide each expected output based on what has been minimally required from the TOR including daily activities of all key expert.

vii. Conduct reviews and report the results to the PMU for proposing amendment changes for each civil works and consultancy service.

Key requirements for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 15+ years of work experience in the field of design, competitive bidding, implementation and operation, as well as work in the construction of infrastructure facilities,
• Strong Civil Engineering & Infrastructure background.
• 5+ years previous experience in the position of "manager" of the project or the head of the group on international assignments
• World Bank funding experience in developing countries and countries with economies in transition

Language:

Fluent in English is essential & Russian preferential.

Salary Package:

The salary package on offer shall depend on experience but would expected to be in the region of €9-10,000 per month Tax Free with expat package
