Job Title - Media Developer (x2)
Location - The Quadrant, Milton Keynes
Rates - Up to £219.68 LTD/Umbrella OR £196.02 PAYE per day | IN SCOPE OF IR35
About the role:
As the Media Developer, you will develop and enhance training materials across all media formats, maintaining and administering appropriate document control systems and processes.
This role sits within the training solutions function of Network Rail who are responsible for creating training materials for Network Rail and the wider rail industry. Training materials can cover everything from corporate traingin to skills specific training.
Systems Skills:
- Adobe creative cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro & Aftershock PC
- eLearning: Articulate 360 & Captivate 2019
- Media Software's: Graphics & Proof Reading
What you will do:
- Produce diagrams, drawings, training packs, eLearning and any other supporting media for training and assessment materials.
- Maintain effective control of all training materials and supporting databases and systems.
- Liaise and consult with Network Rail Learning Designers and Media Learning Development Specialists as required to clarify product specifications.
- Monitor compliance with Network Rail branding requirements and Network Rail Training house styles and templates.
- Establish, monitor and comply with document control processes and storage of soft and hard copy media.
- Produce and issue communications and updates on Training and Assessment materials to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Your experience will include:
- Experience in designing and creating effective training and development products, using a variety of authoring/design software packages i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, and Captivate
- Experience of copy editing and proof reading
- Document Control experience
