Team Leader (Road & Bridge) - Philippines

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Road & Bridge Team Leader for an upcoming ADB financed project in Manila, Philippines.

Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international team, playing a key role in the Construction Supervision (Delivery) of this High-Profile, long-term project. Due to the current stage of the project you would be joining from the start of the construction, working on behalf of the end client.

Responsibilities:

As Team Leader the successful expert shall be leading a team representing the client, supported by Civil & Structural engineers, Contract Specialist and various Expert to monitor & manage the construction of 3 major bridges as part of this network improvement project. Duties shall include:

• Progress reporting & approval contractor payments.
• Resolves technical issues (with support of others)
• Approve deviations
• Manage the contract & respond to claims (FIDIC)
• Manage & Communicate across the stakeholders.

Key requirements for the role:

• Graduate Civil Engineering or related subject
• 15+ years of experience in similar roles
• Previous projects as Team Leader
• Previous Philippines experience

Language:

Fluency in English writing and communication

Salary Package:

The salary package is $13,000 to $15,000 per month tax free plus expatriate package
