The Role

Customer hosts are Heathrow Express’ brand ambassadors and offer customers a warm welcome to London. This job is about as far as you can get from a desk job and offers a real variety and great job satisfaction, not to mention excellent career development opportunities within the business.

The role's key responsibilities are:

- To provide consistent high levels of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- To maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues
- Assisting customers with queries and questions about their journey or flight
- Helping to ensure trains run on time

Shift times

- Each shift is usually between 8 hours 20 minutes and 9 hours 20 minutes with early shifts starting at 04:40 and late shifts starting at 15:00. There are various start times in-between.
