We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Assistant within a large industrial sector based railway company. This is a full time contract role until 31st December 2018.
The main outline of the position will be providing a customer service presence around the station as required; helping people off and on trains; helping with mobility access; providing information to passengers on Trains, delays, disruptions etc.; and supporting the security team with any incidents.
This role is perfect for anyone who is interested in progressing their customer service experience and wants learn more about this railway company.
Successful candidates will have experience in customer service; good communication skills; willingness to learn and work well in a team. Ideally candidates will be reliable, confident, proactive, flexible and good at listening.
