So what will you actually do as the HR Services Manager?

Basically the role will head up the Shared Services function, managing a small team of staff including:

HR & Medical Administrators, Recruitment Administrators, a HR Advisor , Lead HR Admin & Pensions specialist & Payroll lead & team.

So you'll be a strong line manager who knows how to get the best out of a team. You'll also be well experienced across full lifecycle of HR.

You'll make sure that the function runs effectively and smoothly. You'll make sure the client first and foremost get all the basics right and have the right approach to look at ways to improve service delivery. You'll take the lead (alongside HR systems & reporting Manager) on optimising HRIS (CORE) and making the most of this information.

So who would be good at the role?

• Looking for someone who has experience in a shared service environment. This isn't a huge function so you'll be someone used to working in this way.
• You'll be a good team leader &
• Comfortable working with data.
• Enjoys looking at ways to improve service delivery
• Likes to be in the thick of it, within a service centre and oversee a variety of areas of HR.

Remuneration & core information.

The salary for this position is circa £50,000-£55,000 .

Final salary pension

Free staff train travel

Primarily office based with infrequent travel

Team cover core hours between them of 8-5.15 Monday - Friday
