On Board Host / First Class Host - Norwich
Location: Network - North Area
Be part of something rewarding, by joining Abellio Greater Anglia youll be helping our customers get from A to B. With a staff of over 2,500, we operate a busy commuter service from London Liverpool Street to destinations across the east of England.
We have excellent opportunities within the Customer Service Catering Team in Norwich for 10 On Board Hosts.
You will provide outstanding on board catering customer service, while generating maximum revenue to achieve targets. You will meet and greet our customers, offer at-seat service from a dedicated trolley, provide complimentary refreshments to First Class passengers and upsell products. You will assist customers with all customer service duties, and ensure their needs are maintained. You will ensure sales are correctly accounted for and paperwork correct. You will replenish catering stock levels and ensure a high standard of cleanliness at all times.
With a good knowledge and experience of catering and food hygiene, you will have excellent customer service skills. You will have a high level of professionalism, commitment and customer focus. You will be flexible, able to work under pressure in a busy environment, and go the extra mile for our customers.
