My client currently has an opportunity for Project Manager M & E Building Services on a contract basis based out of Aberdeen. The Project Manager will also liaise with client and attend progress, interface and coordination meetings. Oversee the execution of activities covering MV, LV and I&C associated with Process standards and lead Health and Safety as well as Total Quality initiatives. The Project Manager will report to the report to the Senior PM and the role will involve managing sub-contractors

and direct labour on site.

As the Project Manager M & E Building Services project for dilapidation survey and refurbishment works to M&E Services in an existing building in Aberdeen your Key Responsibilities will be to:-

Manage the project team and supply chain to deliver projects to time scales and budget.

Ensure safety targets and standards are maintained

Manage the customer relationship during delivery, including change and decision making to manage expectations

Ensure the Company and Divisional procedures and policies are followed by the relevant teams, i.e. the Business Management System, including the Process Operating Model

Ensure effective records are maintained and kept for project delivery

Report periodically to Senior Management on project progress, risks and issues using robust reporting systems to meet the needs of the business

Manage and deliver operational excellence and efficiency Understand the relevant Contract terms and conditions for each project

Key Skills, Experience:-

Previous experience in project management within building services essential.

Excellent communication skills

Good planning and organisation skills

Previous experience of leading teams and confidence in the ability to lead, influence and communicate with others to deliver targets are required.

Financial awareness is required to deliver targets, with a desire to continuously improve safety and sustainability performance.

Qualifications Required:-

Project Manager qualification, such as APMP, and a relevant technical qualification are desirable
