An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Support Engineer based in Hatfield. The Service Support Engineer will engage in a variety of tasks including warranty repairs, troubleshooting, modifications and commissioning.
Role:
The successful candidate will carry out warranty and support tasks that are defined by the service level within support contracts.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform troubleshooting and support
- Manage technical surveys and handle reporting of field data
- Carry out testing and commissioning of signalling systems according to instructions
- Perform modifications according to instruction and drawing documentation
Essential Requirements:
- Graduate in Engineering with a minimum 5 years of technical experience, either mechanical or electrical engineering
- EHS knowledge
- Ability to solve complex technical problems
Desirable:
- Railway knowledge
- Strong technical interest and ability
