An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Services Account Manager. The Services Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Product and Service Delivery.
Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of service supply contracts in accordance with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage customer and external stakeholder relationships
- Reporting contract performance KPI's both internally and to the client
- Lead and coordinate contract activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out
- Submit Quarterly Contract Reports
- Follow up on any open service logs to ensure closure and contract requirements are met
Essential Requirements:
- Degree or ONC/HNC Level
- Basic knowledge of Signalling and infrastructure products
- Experience in Account Management or Project Management
- Experience in a team management capacity
Desirable:
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office 365 Package
- Knowledge of project management processes
- Understanding and knowledge of railway products and services
- Excellent communication and team management skills
