Job Title: Ticket Office Clerk Location: London and surrounding areas Pay rate: £10.00 + £1.21 Holiday pay Hours of work: 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday. Various shift work Start date: ASAP Job Description: We are seeking customer oriented, highly motivated individuals who can work flexible hours and enjoy communicating with people whilst working under pressure. In this role you will be responsible for accurately and impartially processing high volumes of sales in a courteous and efficient manner. Working in the ticket office you will sell the full range of tickets and services, maximising revenue through meeting the needs of customer requirements. Providing travel advice and securing seat reservations using a computerised reservation system is also part of the role. You will have evidence of delivering excellent customer service; have a can do attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
