About the Role

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the feasibility study and detailed design of a significant bridge infrastructure project in the Philippines. This is a prestigious opportunity to contribute to the country's infrastructure development and deliver a project with long-lasting impact.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in bridge design and management, particularly within the framework of Multilateral Development Bank (MDB)-financed projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of experts for the feasibility study and detailed bridge design.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet technical, financial, and environmental standards.
• Develop and manage work plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.
• Liaise with MDB representatives, stakeholders, and local authorities to align project objectives and compliance.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to the team, ensuring alignment with international best practices and local regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for all project phases.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

• 10+ years working on MDB-financed projects, with a focus on bridge and road infrastructure.
• At least 7 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar senior role in bridge feasibility studies or design projects.
• Early-career hands-on experience in bridge design, including section analysis and structural detailing.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in advanced bridge design methodologies, international design codes, and project management tools.

Other Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in managing multicultural teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with Philippine regulations and design standards is a plus.

Salary Package:

The salary package is likely to be Circa $15,000 per month with an expatriate package
