Samuel Knight are currently recruiting for a client based in Dubai, who are seeking a Design / Architect engineer to assist with the conceptual and pragmatic construction of beautiful metro stations to service the huge Dubai Metro infrastructure.

We are seeking accmpolished engineers with over 10 years experience, who can demonstrate a previous competency in designing stations for transportation hubs.

This role would suit any candidates who have been involved in the Crossrail project, Birmingham New Street or any relevant project focussed on station design.

In addition to this, our client has specificed the following criteria:

• High standard of education - Ideally a civil engineering degree
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Must be very good in Revit and BIM
• Experience on Metro Projects is a plus
• Capable of leading a small team
• Design and build experience is a plus
• Experience as an ex-patriot is plus
• Middle East Experience is an additional advantage
• Able to handle extreme conditions and demands

The role will be based in Dubai and will require a candidate to fly out relativley quickly. Support in terms of VISA acquisition and right to work can be provided by Samuel Knight International. We can also support in sourcing hotels and flights if necessary.

We are seeking candidates who can make space functional, beautiful, durable - all the time aware of local regulation and construction safety standards. Of course, working with a designated budget is also a requirement of this role.
