SENIOR OLE DESIGN ENGINEER – YORKSHIRE – PERMANENT - £COMPETITIVE

Advance Resource Managers are working with a leading rail client and we are looking for a Senior OLE Design Engineer to be based in Yorkshire.

In order to be considered, you will have the following skills and experience:

• HND or degree level education within a related field
• Experience of approving and leading overhead line engineering
• Able to create and produce drawings using CAD such as Bentley Microstation
• Demonstrable experience of using design software, such as Linear draft or ELF
• Experience of undertaking site surveys, site visits and reporting on findings and asset conditions.

Desirable experience and skills would be:

• Either IMEchE, IET or chartered status and membership
• CRE or equivalent
• Knowledge of third rail or other electrification systems
• Experience and knowledge of traction supply and distribution

We are looking for a Senior OLE Design Engineer to join an existing rail team in Yorkshire. You will be part of a team responsible for the successful delivery of the design commissions for the company’s major clients.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in York.
