My client, a tier 1 global contract in the rail industry is looking to add a Signalling Data Design Engineer to their team based in Radlett. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled team and work on some of the most enhanced signalling systems available on the market. As the Data Design Engineer you will be designing the hardware and data for our clients signalling control systems following the client's standards set. You will be working a close team and be part of the whole design life cycle of their product/systems to provide design solutions.

Responsibility:

• Ability to interact with other experts and peers and to problem solve and identify technical conflicts
• Produce designs that comply with the company, technical and customer standards
• Actively seek to improve design and engineering processes
• Mentoring of Assistant Engineers on assigned tasks
• Project Engineering of small-scale control system projects
• Undertaken signalling design, project engineering, installation or testing activities

Requirements:

• Knowledge of railway operations or system engineering activities
• Licensed or working towards an IRSE Design License 1.1.510
