I am currently seeking a Freelance Tunnelling Recruiter for work with one of our clients on HS2.

Within this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

• High Volume Recruitment
• Liaising with Hiring Manager and keeping them updated throughout the recruitment process
• Managing the vacancy process from taking in the role to placing the candidate on site.
• Keeping the candidate updated through out the recruitment process
• Searching for candidates using Job Boards, Linkedin, Referrals, Adverts

The ideal candidate would have as follows:

• Previous experience working as a Recruiter covering White Collar & Bule role within tunnelling.
• Familiarity with Tunnelling Engineer, TBM operatives, Pit Boss, Tunnelling Superintendents and similar job titles.
• Previous experience working on Large Civil or Construction projects dealing with high volume recruitment.
• Couple of references.
