A well known international consultant is looking for a Chief Structural Expert Underground Position for a recently awarded Metro project in India

The successful Chief Structural Expert of underground will have a degree in Structural engineering, will have over 2 decades worth of professional experience.

Must have extensive work experience in LRT/ Metro / HSR projects.

Must have worked on one single project in LRT/Metro /HSR projects in similar position or more for a period not less than 5 years on same project

The project is 17.4km route including 4.6 km of elevated lines and 12.8km underground. There will be a total 10 stations and the line is expected to carry nearly a million passengers each day.

The three-year project is divided into three distinct phases:

• nine months for review and revision of the feasibility study;
• 15 months for detailed design of the civil engineering and systems;
• assistance in the evaluation of bids and in the selection of builders.
