We have an exciting opportunity for you!
Our client is a reputable Civil Engineering company, and they are looking for an Administrator with experience in quality assurance to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with project requirements and specifications.
Your duties will include filing and maintaining project documentation and assisting the Quality Assurance Engineer with tasks as needed. You will also be responsible for quality assurance checks, ensuring that all project documentation meets the company's high standards for accuracy and completeness and completing spreadsheets, taking minutes and booking meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in Document Control and Administration or experience in Quality Assurance. You should also have a strong understanding of Civil Engineering processes and procedures, and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are also essential.
